Fit for a Princess: Vintage Sapphire Costume Ring by Dabchick Vintage Gems on Etsy

Vintage Sapphire Ring
Vintage Costume Sapphire Ring Fit for a Princess

Last month, Kate Middleton, the future Princess Catherine, debuted her engagement ring at St. James's Palace in London. It's the same ring as Diana, Princess of Wales, wore in 1981. It cost £30,000 at the time and is made from 14 diamonds encircling a sapphire.

At Dabchick Vintage Gems, we've got a fantastic, brilliant, vintage costume sapphire  wedding or promise ring which looks quite similar to Kate's new engagement ring.  What's more, it's a lovely vintage cocktail ring in fabulous condition.

This ring is in excellent condition. On the shank you will see the Markers Mark (C & C) which is Clark and Coombs. This vintage ring is also stamped 1/30 14K RGP (rolled gold plate). And features lovely embossing on the back of the ring base.

The center stone (which has not been appraised) is multi-faceted, prong set and in excellent condition. In all, 13 rhinestones, all prong set, surround the center stone. All the stones are clear and faceted. This ring is a beautiful vintage piece very similar to the ring now worn by Kate Middleton, and the former Princess Diana.

Please note the ring is a size 6, for more petite hands, and it is not adjustable.
